SakariGraphics.com recognizes the importance of providing products for high profile vehicles that help
the company gain visibility and exposure in magazine feature articles & car shows. We
receive such a large volume of requests that the company has instituted a policy of
requiring a formal, written proposal along with color renderings and/or photos of the
proposed project so our review committee can give each request the proper attention and
consideration it deserves. Phone call inquiries cannot be accepted.
Proposals must include a detailed description of the project, information on who owns
the vehicle, decals and sizes requested, list of events/shows/exhibits where the
vehicle will appear, other media exposure that will be generated, along with examples of
past editorial coverage that the company/individual has achieved so we can be assured of
the company/individual's ability to obtain publicity.
SakariGraphics.com requires all persons or companies requesting products to agree to and
follow the company's guidelines listed below:
Products received for the sponsored vehicle must be installed on the
positions described in the sponsorship packages. No other sign, decal, or graphic
company's products or identification must appear on said vehicle.
All products supplied for the sponsored vehicle must be used solely for
said vehicle and is not to be re-sold, transferred, held in storage or otherwise modified.
Products must be on sponsored vehicle for no less than 6 months at which
time, SakariGraphics.com will provide new products to promote our new product line.
The sponsored vehicle must display a minimum of two 9" x 1.3" "SakariGraphics.com" decals
on both rear quarter panels or a 39"x4" "SakariGraphics.com" windshield decal or whatever
products are described in the sponsorship package.
Replacement decals will only be provided in the unlikely event of a manufacturer defect.
Replacement requests for damaged products, products that are ruined due to driver negligence,
or theft will not be honored.
"SakariGraphics.com" must be included on all signage that appears with the vehicle,
sponsor boards, and in all source box listings as follows: SakariGraphics.com.
Web Site: www.SakariGraphics.com. SakariGraphics.com retains detailed documentation
files as evidence to support all sponsorships. We require written follow-up summary reports
that include photos of the vehicle at events, tear sheets of magazine feature stories,
copies of ads/brochures/other promotional literature where the vehicle is featured,
along with any other proof that demonstrates all elements of the sponsorship proposal
have been fulfilled.
In the unlikely event that SakariGraphics.com does not receive adequate documentation
as required herein within the specified time frame (i.e. 90 days of receipt of product),
we require charge card information including the name of the person or company being
sponsored. We reserve the right to charge full retail price for products that have been
supplied on a complimentary basis but do not meet up to the guidelines specified in our
policy. Requestors agree up front that, should they not be able to supply documentation
that they have fulfilled all specifics outlined in the original proposal, they will be
charged for the product provided.
Photographs and/or videos of the vehicle are required. All proposals, photographs and
information submitted shall become property of SakariGraphics.com unless otherwise
arranged. SakariGraphics.com also requires that the owner of each sponsored vehicle
complete a feedback form so we can obtain quotes about your impression of the product.
Any of this information can be used for advertisements, press releases, promotions or on
SakariGraphics.com's web site.
