The Sakari Graphics website and company database contains both licensed and unlicensed logos which may be trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective companies.
Sakari Graphics products are geared towards the end user’s promotional use, and ultimately, the exposure of the product name for the benefit of the endorsed entity. For example, many companies in the Automotive Aftermarket Industry view and accept the sale and use of their logos as a form of “Free Advertising” and encourage sticker manufacturers to freely produce and distribute their logos, even in custom sizes and colors. The entire fee the manufacturer collects is usually kept for this “service”. Sakari Graphics acknowledges, however, the acceptance of this practice is not widely recognized, and any company who wishes to not participate only needs to inform Sakari Graphics of its position.
Sakari Graphics products are available for sale; Meaning, Sakari Graphics may or may not actively produce, inventory, distribute or sale any product in question. In fact, the only product Sakari Graphics maintains in a regular inventory are that of its existing clients. All other products are made to order. Sakari Graphics believes that by making products available, this may enable companies to find and contact us. At that time, a full and accurate sales report can created per the company’s request. Therefore once discovered, Sakari Graphics wishes to open discussions, set up purchasing or a vendor account and/or licensing agreements.
Sakari Graphics wishes to act as a liaison between the manufacturer and the enthusiast, providing a legitimate, authorized way for customers to be able to acquire custom logos and designs.
Sakari Graphics will honor and respect the wishes of any company to retain the use of logos or trademarks for its purposes. Sakari Graphics pledges full cooperation and compliance to any and all inquires regarding this matter. Sakari Graphics will also remove from its database any and all logos in question by deleting files and/or digital assets if a business relationship can not be established with inquiring company, and therefore artwork is of no future use. |
